All hair oil orders are shipped with 3 business days of order placed and payment processed.

All ready to ship units and bundles on hand are shipped within 3 business days of your order being processed. Custom wig units require 21-30 business days to complete and ship. Please be aware of this timeframe before purchasing a unit to avoid delays. Once your order is shipped, Jaderra's Boutique is no longer responsible for your order. All information about your order delivery can be found in the information provided by our mail carrier. Feel free to use your tracking information included in your order confirmation email to track and report lost, stolen, or damaged items.
